Domestic Shipping

You will receive our confirmation via text or WhatsApp message / IG message / email shortly after ordering online. Due to fully booked at this moment, your order will be ready for shipment within 14(fourteen) working days after the order date. We will attempt our best to send your order as soon as possible, and keep you informed about the status.

Shipping method : We use Australia Post e-parcel to send your order. It takes within a week to reach destination in Australia, depending on the location. We offer special rate $6 (regular parcel) or $11 (express parcel), and we give you free shipping for minimum orders $50. Pleased be informed that any delay made by Australia Post is beyond our responsibility. However, once your order is dispatched at Australia Post office, we will give you a photo as evidence and the tracking number, so that you can tract it via Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/ or call them on 13 76 78.

Returns & Exchanges

If you experience any problems with your order, for instance it hasn’t arrived in amount of time (unless otherwise scheduled or informed earlier by us upon purchase), or there is a problem with the item upon arrival, please let us know promptly. We will attempt our utmost to resolve it.

If you wish to make a claim for any damage during shipment or for incorrect delivery, the claim must be done within 24(twenty four) hours after you receive the item; either by text message, WhatsApp or email, along with the picture of the damaged/incorrect item.

While making a claim, you must keep the item unopened/unused, and return it immediately with the packaging as in original condition to our address. All returns must be received by us within 7(seven) days of receivership. We will cover the cost of return postage for the first return only. For subsequent returns, the postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer

Upon receiving of the returned item and confirming your claim, we will make replacement/exchange or give you a refund.

A replacement or a refund is not available if you simply change your mind on an item after ordering. Please choose the item carefully prior to purchase.
